MJ O’Connor LLP Solicitors

At M J O’Connor, we provide practical, commercial and innovative advice. With offices in Wexford and Cork, we are one of the longest established firms in Ireland. Each one of our clients receives astute advice and guidance from a dedicated and experienced team. The resources and back up to deliver this expert service co-exist with the commitment and insight to provide our clients with effective and efficient advice on every aspect of commercial and personal law.

Above all else, our service is about encouraging a relationship between our clients and the firm. We strive to develop bonds built on providing trusted, effective business advice.  That was the hallmark of our service when we began in 1888, and that is the way it has been ever since.

Divorce and Marriage Breakdown

Family Law is an area which calls for both the right advice and the right approach.

Dealing with the issues surrounding the breakdown of any family relationship is never easy for those involved. Traditionally the issues which arise have spanned both the  practice areas of Private Client and Litigation.

Commercial Conveyancing

We act for builders and property developers developing and selling housing and apartment developments, property investors, company and partnerships buying or leasing office buildings, hotels, care centres, farms and a whole range of other commercial entities.

Our Team

The firm has built and consolidated its reputation on our relationships with our clients each of which is something that we look upon as a long term investment from the outset. Everything that we do is driven by that ethos. While we provide a full range of legal services, we also specialise in what we do.
